Thank you everyone for the support! Your comments mean so much.

The burden of debt can feel excruciatingly suffocating, and it's holding me back from so much I want to do right now. But I'm determined to knock it out in its entirety as soon as possible.

Laura, I'm all ready thinking of silly little ways to celebrate when I'm finally debt-free for good!

Scott, I received some extended hours at work over the summer and basically dedicated myself to funneling all that extra money into paying off my debt. The minimum required payments each month are only about $200, but I'd really like to keep up the momentum of chipping away at it as much as possible.

Tyler, I'm considering ways to increase my earning potential as well. For some reason my gut keeps telling me the answer is right in front of my face ready to smack me, and now it's a matter of brainstorming hardcore and figuring out how to do it.

Motorokr, congrats to you too! Halfway there is simply awesome. And seeing light at the end of the nefarious debt tunnel is so inspiring to keep pushing forward even harder.

Matt, it helps so much whenever I'm discouraged to remind myself how far I've come since last year. Unfortunately in life, every gain requires some type of sacrifice and as long as I can keep the goal clearly in view, each baby step is a positive nudge in the right direction.

You're making amazing headway and seeing that debt shrink can be a great motivator to keep up the great work. The debt didn't appear overnight and it won't vanish overnight either but knowing that the sacrifices that you're making are paying off is a very rewarding feeling.
