These are awesome tips! I love raw honey for so many things (especially keeping my allergies at bay) and had never thought of it as a mask before – but I have it on now!! Can’t wait to see how this works.

@Becca, it will make you vomit in around three seconds so be on the ready. It won’t hurt you, and is effective if you have a strong gag reflex (as in cannot make yourself gag) but have a sour stomach and need relief. Just don’t do it very often. No lasting physical effects from probably once every two – three months or so.

I use salt in a lot of things and for relaxing soaks at the end of difficult days. One thing I do, is buy the 40 lb bags that they make for water dispensers… In my area it’s only 6.00$ as opposed to buying the kind for the table which is much more expensive. Be careful that it is only salt though, they are starting to mix things with it to preserve the life of water softening systems….

When you say ‘shave with neosporin’ you mean use just like shaving cream, where you apply, shave, and then rinse off correct?

I am chiming in veerrryyyy late (just found your blog on studentbloggers.org), but I wanted to add using hair conditioner for shaving your legs. I used to hate how shaving creams and gels dried out my legs. Conditioner sure doesn’t! And you can use as inexpensive a conditioner as you want.

Try 2 parts brown sugar (usually 1 cup for full body), 1 part virgin olive oil, and a squeeze of a grapefruit slice for a great exfoliator, especially around your elbow (scaly in the winter) and everywhere else. makes u feel yummy afterwards
