I know some advisers. I went to business school. What sort of questions did you have? Maybe I can help.

Hi Jonathan. I'm not seeking an advisor for personal financial guidance, as I feel very comfortable handling my own finances and investments. I'm more so looking to ask some questions of folks with experience in the field.

I don't think you want to ask anyone if they know a financial advisor - because if the wrong people find out, you'll be bombarded with information from insurance brokers that call themselves "financial advisors".

I thought I needed a financial advisor right out of college (which was 3 years ago), but found that after researching a lot and getting answers to questions from the right people, I'm good on my own, at least for a little while.

For now I'd suggest asking your family, specifically parents, aunts, uncles, or grandparents.what they have done in their lifetimes to prepare for their respective futures. Learn from them, and if you see what they've done has worked, repeat!

Or ask them if they know a financial advisor. :)
